Q: Experiencing a bug and cannot work properly.
A: Hold down the left button for 5 seconds to restart the instrument panel. If that doesn’t solve the issue. try restarting your Tesla with the button.
Q: How to play audio through the original car stereo.
A: Go to Instrument Settings → Control → Audio Output and adjust. Make sure your phone is connected to the car’s Bluetooth system.
Q: The button to switch programs is unresponsive.
A: You need to start your Tesla and shift into drive (D) mode.
Q: Unable to connect to Bluetooth CarPlay.
A: Ensure CarPlay permissions are enabled on your phone. If it still doesn’t connect. try restarting both your phone and the instrument panel screen before trying again.
